In 2022, we started under a tent with a vision inspired by Disney World. Today, we’re proud to be Topeka’s first carnival concession food truck and the home of the funnel cakes. 🎡🍰

Carnival Cravings is more than a food truck — it’s a celebration of being original, different, and unique. 🌟 We’re honored to have brought something new and exciting to Topeka, and we’re committed to continuing as trendsetters and trailblazers in our industry. 🚀💡Thank you for believing in our vision, we are so excited for 2025!

🎄✨ What a phenomenal day at the Miracle on Kansas Avenue Parade! 🎅🎉

The energy, joy, and atmosphere was electric from start to finish! 💖 I am deeply grateful for everyone who came out—whether you waited patiently in our long line, traveled hours to try us like many of you, or follow us wherever we go, your loyalty and support mean the world to us. You remind me why I love what I do, and I appreciate you more than words can express. ❤️

🎠 The bounce houses were a huge success with the kids, and the entire parade was pure MAGIC! ✨️🔮Did I mention, it was my first time seeing a real reindeer! I was stunned! 😆🦌✨

A HUGE thank you to John Koop, Claire Thomas, and Greater Topeka Partnership for putting on such a fantastic event and giving us the opportunity to be part of it. 🙏🏽

I also want to thank my team for their hard work and snapping what photos they could—we were all so busy keeping up with the crowd, but they still managed to get some amazing shots! 📸

I was craving their delicious rice and beans today, so I got my favorite steak taco meal. Then I saw the birria broth and figured I’d grab some birria Ramen to clear up my sinuses—worked like a charm! 🌟
