The Samarra bowl at the Vorderasiatisches Museum, Berlin. It was made by the Samarra culture in Mesopotamia around 4000 BCE. The bowl was excavated by Ernst Herzfeld sometime between 1911 and 1914. The most interesting symbol of the bowl is a sw****ka at the center.
