Our Story
Formerly known as Sweet Themes, we started out in 2013 with the vision of creating smaller, themed events and renting out rustic décor items. As time passed, we drastically increased our inventory and expanded the scope of our services in order to meet the ever-growing event industry in Northern Michigan. At one point, Sweet Themes was a suitable name for a boutique décor company, but as our business changed, we realized we were outgrowing our name. Because we provide décor for all different types of events and styles, we didn’t want a name that pigeon-holed or defined us; we wanted to define our name. Therefore, 307 Events was born.
In November of 2018, 307 Events merged with Tented Events and TC Wedding and Party Rentals to form a large one-stop shop event rental and design company called 307 Events and Tents. We now offer everything from the event rental basics such as tables, tents and chairs, to all of the decor items such as linens, tabletop decor and floral. Whatever your needs may be, we can create an awe-inspiring event that still meets your budget. And even more exciting news still, we are partnering with Serradella to offer a new line of vintage and unique decor items.
When we design for our clients, we want to create events that truly epitomize their messages, their lives, and their stories. Events are an amazing way to bring people together, to celebrate, to learn, to share.
