A memorable and unforgettable film of the life and Artistic career of our greatest poet of the Romanticist period, Fredrick Francois Chopin, Composer.

With Cornel Wilde in the title role of Chopin and Hollywood icon, Paul Muni as Professor, Joseph Elsner.

Although it's a stylized Hollywood rendition of Chopin's life, it's the closet depiction I've seen, based on the Chopin biographies I have read throughout my life of this great Polish- French Artist, the great Chopin!

The Great, Ozan Marsh, Concert Pianist Virtuoso, whom I had the pleasure of meeting and auditioning for in 1981 at his studio at the University of Arizona School of Music.

Professor, Marsh was a pupil of two of Franz Liszt's star disciples, Emil Conrad von Sauer and Egon Petri.

As well as a student of Vladimir Horowitz and Sergei Rachmaninov (Rachmanioff).

I dedicated my Étude De Concert Opus 21. No 1. "The Heroic" to him.

It was the work I performed for him during the school year in 1981.

It was one of the highlights of my life as a Composer, to of met this great Artist.

It was exactly forty two years ago on a warms summers night, in the peak of my creative bliss in the latter part of the Twentieth Century, that I wrote this Artistic Musical Masterpiece, Nocturne Opus 13. No 1.

"The Nightingales"

This is a revised 2022 Edition of Opus 13. No 1.

Which contains two Nocturnes in the collection.

It is dedicated to my beloved grand auntie, Doña, María del Rosario Vázquez y Federico de Cervantes Ochoa and Don, Rogelio de Cervantes Ochoa with All my love.

My Auntie, Doña, María, a descendant of Spanish- Sicilian Nobility, related to the Spanish- Basque House of the Marquises of Urquijo, was an ultra intellectual, Art Connoisseur and Philanthopist.

A very special woman like no other, that I had the distinct honor and privilege of knowing.

She instilled in me, a commitment to the pursuit of knowledge and an appreciation of Art and beauty.
