This weeks custom meal prep menus. Had a couple dietary restrictions that we took care of and are happy to say have helped out clients take a step to better heath. Sorry for no pictures forgot to take them. We are able to help with any heath concerns or weight loss goals.

MEAL PREP IS BACK!🎉🎉

I am proud to announce that we will be starting meal prep services full time. And we are currently accepting pre order for Octobers menu. Please see menu below.

Just a reminder that menus will change every month to allow for creativity to flow and our clients to experience more and more varieties of great food. Menus will be sent out at the last week of the month to allow for pre orders. Delivery days will be every Sunday throughout the month. We can cater to earlier deliveries apon request.

All of our desserts at Grade 13 are provided by Adriana Ramirez, you can find her by searching Adriana’s Sweet Treats on Facebook and instagram.

Yesterday was a sad but exciting day for me in my culinary career. It was my last day working at Desert Diamond Casino. 😢 In the 5 years I spent there I learned a great deal of things and was able to achieve a career goal as well. But now it is time for me to follow my dream of running my own business. I’m very excited to see where Grade 13 takes me and what is to come in the next chapter of my life. Keep an eye out for some amazing food and culinary experiences to come. Thank you to everyone who has supported and helped me along the way.

ATTENTION ATTENTION COME ONE COME ALL TO HEAR THE GREAT NEWS!!!

Grade 13 will be coming back for good full force with delicious ready to eat meals to order. As well as accepting catering orders.

But wait there is more great news. With the addition of a new smoker we will be keeping a theme of smoked meals. Not necessarily meaning everything is bbq, but at least one item on the meals will be smoked.

I am so thankful for everyone who has been patiently waiting for us to return, I’m just as excited to serve all the new folks that have joined the Grade 13 following.

I am looking at releasing the first menu in November which will have smoked turkey some where on there. How ever I would like to hear from all of you guys what you would like to see from us in the coming months.

Thank you all again and can’t wait to get back to meal prepping.

Looking to start up meal prep full time soon. Want to see who would be interested in placing orders. I’m looking into doing more bbq style and different menus again as well.
