As many of you know just started throwing sw***er play parties at an event space. I have only had a few parties but they were very successful & have had great reviews! We would love to have more couples & single ladies, so let's do this! There is nothing like this in Tucson, we only have a B**M club which leaves out a lot of us kinky sexy people! I found there are so many people who just want to have more of the sw***er's vibe. Not that you can't have spanking, flogging, rope play, ect but we offer a lot more than B**M or any sw***ers club you've been to. We will always have a vo**ur room, semi-private areas, dancing, music, ect. Would be a great place to meet other like-minded people. Friday 10/13 is the next play party! Friday the 13th always brings out the freaky we're just are the good kind of freaky!

We will be having rules/membership meetings just prior to our play event & you must attend 1 rule meeting to attend play events. We will be having parties the 2nd & 4th Friday's of each month starting Sept 8th, 2023. $25 per person pre-paid. Doors open , Rules meeting will be between 9:30-10pm & doors will lock by 11 for those who have already attended the meeting. We have a 40 person max so RSVP & pre-payment required. If after the rules meeting this is not for you, we will refund your payment.
Tucson has nothing like this! It will be a sw***er club vibe with plenty of areas to play!

If you want a private party this rental Space can be used for multiple purposes. IE; Classes, B**M parties, Themed Parties, Fe**sh/ Kink Parties such as a cuddling party. a dance floor, with semiprivate rooms to set up Your own equipment. IE:) Such as your toy bag, spanking equip. or l**e. You can have Vo**ur rooms, massage rooms and so forth. You should get the gist of it.
This space includes- Private Outdoor area for smoking, Main Large area, 1-2 semi-private areas & a vo**ur area. Music, mood lighting, dancing & conversational areas will always be set up for play parties! Private back parking.
All Kink, Fe**sh, equipment is supplied by you. The owner does not supply any equipment nor Toy bags, massage tables, and so on. YOU are required to bring your own supplies IE toy bags.
The owner Provides Snacks, Water, Soft Drinks. You may bring your own nonalcoholic beverages and food if you like. NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED AT PLAY PARTIES DUE TO SAFTEY & LAWS. We are 420 friendly.

Pricing For Prive Parties You Host
*Monday- Thursday: $600 For Inside party only. 3O-40 People Max Occupancy*
*For $800-$900 (depending on size of group & setup) use of indoor and outdoor.* 40-60 Max Occupancy *
*$300: for up to 6 hours for Classes *
*$50 per hour min of 2 hours for photo ops with minimal to no set-up of space*
*Weekends Available For $1000 with no Curfew. Up to 8 hours all inclusive.*
Meaning- use of the entire venue, indoor and outdoor. * Maximum Occupancy 40-60*
