1. Each item or package will be posted separately. You submit a bid in a comment under that post. IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU ARE VIEWING ALL COMMENTS BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR BID. If Facebook is showing j
ust Most Relevant, for instance, select ALL COMMENTS so you can see ALL bids.
2. All bids need to be in $5 increments. ie $5, $20, $50
3. Bidding will also take place in person at the benefit itself from 3:00pm till 8:00pm January 21st, 2023. Staff will watch online and in person bidding. Online bidding will end at 8:00pm, as well.
4. Winners will be announced within 24 hours of bid closing. Payment must be made in cash in person or online within 24 hours of notification. If not completed in that time frame, the second highest bidder will be notified of winning.
5. All items must be picked up locally in Tulsa. We do not deliver or ship.
6. All sales are final/no refunds.
7. Bidder assumes all risks related to items purchased.
8. Age restrictions may apply. A valid ID may be required.
9. Bid submission constitutes agreement to Terms and Conditions.
