Two words: Meat Candy.
Smoked some Pork Belly Burnt Ends for the fam last night, and these turned out incredible! Seasoned with a mixture of Honey Killer Bee and Holy Cow. Smoked on the at 250 for about two hours, and then tossed in a foil pan with brown sugar, butter, honey, and some sauce. Covered them with foil and let them ride for another two hours. After they were good and probe tender I took them out of the pan and back on the grates uncovered for 30 minutes to get good and sticky. These were so good, absolute meat candy!
