Kick off the 2023 Tulsa Oktoberfest with the Corporate Night that Chef Josh and Vitter's Crews were serving food more than 400 plates last night.

Chef Josh and Vitter's Crew will serve the authentic German food at the Restaurant am Himmel (Restaurant in the Sky). It is featuring an upscale, Bavarian dining experience prepared by award-winning Chef Josh Vitt inside the popular Lufthansa Technik BierGarten stage and dance floor. On Sunday, Chef Josh and Vitter's crew catered to Tulsa Botanic Garden for the appreciation night and opening the Botanic Garden of Lights holiday event. Which it will open to public from 11/25 - 12/30. More information about the event is in the comment box.

We are appreciate Tulsa Botanic Garden for their business and let us to be the first group to enjoy the lights show. They are so beautiful.

So if you're looking for something to do for this holiday season, I recommend The Tulsa Botanic Garden. The place that you and your family 👪 can enjoy the magical moments ✨️ together ❤️

Last night was a warped up with Executive Chef job of Chef Josh at Tulsa Oktoberfest. Chef Josh and his team cooked for VIP and Volunteer's dinner night on Tuesday.

Also, they cooked for customers of Restaurants am Himmel from Thursday to Saturday for a total of 5 sections. This week alone, Chef Josh and his team cooked for almost 1000 happy people.

However, Chef Josh could not have a day off just yet, since he got a call to go help on 250 people brunch for VIP, performers, and Volunteers of Tulsa Oktoberfest this morning. And then, Vitter's catering has a wedding party of 150 people to feed this evening.

There was a time that the phone stopped ringing, but we keep going do things that we love and do best. Now is a busy time, which we all are appreciate all the opportunities to support us to get back on our feet.

And again this year, Chef Josh will be a Guest Executive Chef taking over the Restaurant am Himmel (Restaurant in the Sky) of Tulsa Oktoberfest 2022. Since last year Chef Josh and the crews did a fantastic job served over 1000 plates in 3 days! That is a reason why he got call in for the great duty again.

This year is the 43rd Tulsa Oktoberfest that celebrates authentic Bavarian culture in the hart of Oklahoma.

Tulsa Oktoberfest is named a Top Five Oktoberfest in the US. So it is such an honor that Chef Josh and Vitter's Catering got another great opportunity to serve to you all again, Tulsan!!!

Here is Our Seven Simple House Rules:

Chef Table is exclusive that we are having for our close friends, and we keep it as a private event. It is an invitation only and not opens for the public, which it has a “House Rule” for everyone to follow.

1. Be our Facebook Friends, Vitter's Catering. We will post our events and invitation on Facebook Event Page.

2. Be 21 and Older to attend.

3. Be at the party on time. We are serving food on time; and we serve food by courses. When you late, you are hold up the event. When you late, we will skip your courses. No discount or refund money back due to late attendance.

4. RSVP before the cutoff date. After you RSVP, you need to get a confirmation of the RSVP from us. Otherwise, you are not getting in.

5. Cancel your RSVP by the cutoff date; otherwise, you need to pay for the NO-SHOW. We are cooked food by order; it is being nice that you let us know when you can’t attend ahead of time.

6. Keep up with your RSVP. When you made a reservation for you and your friends 2 or more. You are responsible to pay for your friends No-Show. Please cancel your un-wanted seats by the cutoff date.

7. Keep up with your NO-SHOW; 3 STRIKES and you are OUT!!!
