We’re beyond excited to announce our new partnership with Foolish Things Coffee Company and bring our South American dinners to Downtown Tulsa!

Beginning Dec. 13th, Solaire will be open from 5-9pm every Thursday, Friday and Saturday for our dinner service. Walk in and grab a table to enjoy a modern take on South American flavors, or reserve your seat now to guarantee a spot at the link in our bio. We will be offering a la carte dinner options with rotating specials, and an optional Tasting Menu to get an intimate experience of our full menu. Oh, and of course, who could forget the wine? 🍷

And we haven’t even mentioned the best part, yet. Super Secret Donuts will be slingin’ donuts Thursday-Monday from 8am-sellout, beginning in December! Those brioche donuts are a true delicacy and we aren’t lying when we say, you’re missing out if you haven’t tried them!

New special alert!! 🚨🚨🚨

Say hello to the El Sur rice bowl! As the cooler weather rolls in, we wanted to offer our guests something fun, filling, and of course, traditional. Loaded with your choice of Pork Belly, Shredded Beef or Chicken, or just good ol’ plantains, this shareable meal features traditional Venezuelan components including stewed black beans, house-made chimichurri, vibrant pickled red onions, cotija crumbles, and a generous serving of jasmine rice. Additionally, we will be serving up our popular Choripan, a spicy chicken sausage served with chimichurri on a ciabatta bun! Available this week at , we will be serving up Wednesday and Thursday from 5-sellout, and Friday for lunch from 11-2!

Exciting weekend ahead! We will be popping up Saturday at from 11-sellout for their special beer release, alongside some other incredible people and . Gonna be frying up some traditional Schnitzel with Brown Mustard, Apple Slaw, or Sauerkraut topping options. A little birdie said our loaded fries may make an appearance as well 😉

So pumped to be back at this week before the holiday weekend! We’ll have all of our regular items PLUS our Choripan special that we had last week. If you didn’t get a chance to try it, think savory chicken sausage with our house made chimichurri and ciabatta bun. We’ll also be there this Saturday, 8/31 from 12-3!

Update for this week!

We will be back all weekend at ! Friday and Saturday 4pm-Close, and Sunday 12pm-Close. Come grab some classic South American street food, or snag our Chicken Sausage Choripan special while it’s available! Just in time for under 100+ degree weather, come grab a delicious beer from one of the best breweries in town, and pair it with some tasty food this weekend.

We are so grateful to have been able to connect with our community for these last 8 months. Thank you to everyone who has supported us, lifted us up, and spread the word about us. This has been such a wonderful opportunity, and we’re excited to see what the next chapter has in store! While we may not be at the Silo anymore, we will still be hosting pop ups, private events, and caterings.

Keep an eye out for an announcement tomorrow concerning our pop up with our friends at , we’re stoked to be serving up some classic South American street food!
