What a year it’s been for Solaire! We’re so appreciative for all of the support we’ve received, and for the opportunity to grow as professionals. This year has involved a lot of change, uncertainty, and unforeseen obstacles, but one thing that is certain is we will continue providing unique, intentional, and delicious food to our community!

2025 will be a year of success and excitement, and we’re so ready to bring you all on that journey with us. Cheers to the next year!

Featuring our Seared Scallop Crudo!

Starting with fresh, flash seared scallops, we then top it with a fresh mango salsa. To finish the dish, we plate it on top of a deliciously tart grapefruit ponzu and garnish with pickled fresnos and microgreens for a pop of color!

Meet the minds behind Solaire!

Back in 2021, Gabe and Jeremiah began playing music together and, quickly after, bonded over their love of food and hospitality. The idea of running a pop up concept seemed like a distant dream, although something to actively work towards in the future.

Fast forward to the end of 2023, after many late night research cooks, menu developments, and lots and lots of daydreaming, the opportunity came for them to run their own concept. Running fine dining pop ups on the weekends, Solaire launched on February 14th.

Gabe, originally from Maracaibo, moved to the US in 2017. Growing up in a cooking household, Gabe has pretty much always worked in kitchens and, from a young age, knew that running a restaurant was one of his ultimate goals. After spending years working in back of house, he is beyond excited to be at the forefront of something new in Tulsa, and to be able to showcase his unique cooking style and Venezuelan cuisine to our community.

Jeremiah, born and raised in Tulsa, has been working serving jobs since he was 18. Originally deciding to find a career a bit more financially stable, the idea of being able to serve food and wine he was truly excited about, seemed like a dream come true, and just like that, he came back to his roots. Specializing in wine knowledge and hospitality, he is thrilled to build and provide a new experience for the Tulsa community.

We’re beyond excited to announce our new partnership with Foolish Things Coffee Company and bring our South American dinners to Downtown Tulsa!

Beginning Dec. 13th, Solaire will be open from 5-9pm every Thursday, Friday and Saturday for our dinner service. Walk in and grab a table to enjoy a modern take on South American flavors, or reserve your seat now to guarantee a spot at the link in our bio. We will be offering a la carte dinner options with rotating specials, and an optional Tasting Menu to get an intimate experience of our full menu. Oh, and of course, who could forget the wine? 🍷

And we haven’t even mentioned the best part, yet. Super Secret Donuts will be slingin’ donuts Thursday-Monday from 8am-sellout, beginning in December! Those brioche donuts are a true delicacy and we aren’t lying when we say, you’re missing out if you haven’t tried them!
