Theirs vs Mines. ☺ I just didn't garnish mines with the green onions. For one didnt have any and 2 I made these at 6 this morning before work. Potatoe cakes made outta leftover Thanksgiving mashed potatoes and leftover ham. Of course I Always add my own seasonings and they are so good. 😋
Can't believe I've never made these before but will surely be making them again. ♥

My turkey 🦃 wings was a big hit for my family's Thanksgiving dinner. Yes I'll be making them again. They were so juicy and tender til they were just falling off the bone 🍖.

Saw a recipe that caused for fish but since I didnt have any fish I used some chicken breast...
Stuffed chicken with chopped spinach, veggies and cheese along with a side of creamed potatoes.
I just didnt make the stuffing as solid as it looked on the recipe I saw but thats ok because it is still So so good. 😋
