Who's ready for Burger Day tomorrow?!

Tuesdays have turned into huge days at the truck and we're loving all the excitement our new lineup of Craft Burgers is getting. The Hogfather has gotten a quick cult following, and The Smokehouse has always been a favorite.

Tomorrow we're debuting a BRAND-NEW BURGER suggested to us by one of our favorite customers and biggest burger fans--an 11-year-old who knows exactly what he wants: The Mac Burger will be a 1/3 lb smash burger pressed extra-flat for a crispy exterior, topped with double cheese, bacon, & our house mac & cheese seared on the flat-top for a nice outer crust and interior gooeyness.

Our burgers are made from 100% certified angus brisket raised at local ranches that we grind ourselves.

We'll be open at 7:30 this morning for Grab & Go breakfast items:

Brisket Breakfast Sandwich on fresh sourdough from The Geekery Bakery
Buttermilk Biscuits & Gravy (biscuits also from The Geekery)
These items will be ready to grab starting at 730 am

The Geekery Bakery is bringing additional goodies to help get your day started!

Beginning at 8:30 am we'll be offering delivery in Twin Falls for $5, or FREE delivery with a $40 order. Delivery will be available for breakfast and lunch until 2 pm (lunch menu available starting at 11)

These items will be ready to grab starting at 730 am

Guarantee your delivery time by placing your order ahead of time. First come-first serve, and we're planning on it being a busy day, so we'll start scheduling the first orders today.

Burger Day specials at the Twin Falls Food Truck Square today starting 1130! We have our full BBQ lineup (including BRISKET that so many of you have been asking for), and all burgers are $2 off. The Hogfather was such a hit last week that we're keeping it around. Keep a watch for new additions as we continue to develop our craft burger lineup.

The Hogfather Burger: 1/3 lb house-ground brisket burger topped with double cheese, ham, pulled pork, bacon, maple drizzle, grilled onions, lettuce, & pickles

Excited to announce that we're scheduled for the Twin Falls Food Truck Square full time in January! Aside from a few events, you can find us at the Square serving BBQ 4-5 days per week. Our full menu will be available every day along with rotating daily specials.

We'll be there tomorrow with Tri Tip French Dips & Brisket Meatball Sub SPECIALS!!!

Today at the Twin Falls Food Truck Square we're introducing The Hogfather Burger--a 1/3 lb. house ground brisket patty topped with ham, bacon, pulled pork, & maple drizzle with fries for $15! As of 4:30 we have 20 kolaches left. Grab yours while you can!

SURPRISE UPDATE---We'll be selling some of The Geekery Bakery's cult favorite kolaches on the food truck today! These are really popular and they sell out FAST, so we're bringing more than usual. DISCLAIMER: Heather is gone on vacation so she made and froze these before she left a week ago. It was an experiment with the hope that I could pull them out and finish them off. The first batch isn't as pretty as when Heather makes them, but I just ate one and they still taste as good as ever! Any mess-ups or drop in quality from their norm is entirely my fault :)

The flavors are Blackberry, Strawberry, and Chocolate Hazelnut. Keep an eye on this post for updates on quantities throughout the day.

Today's menu at Cedar Draw Cider!!! Smoked pork chops & tri tips with fettuccine alfredo are today's highlights, along with the Loaded BBQ Potatoes. (Note: Ribs did NOT make the cut today, but we'll be doing them soon).

This will be our last day out there until January 25--they're taking some much-deserved time off--so come stock up on your favorite ciders and grab some BBQ!

We have a lot of brisket that we need to move, so we have TWO BRAND NEW MENU ITEMS today at Cedar Draw Cider!!! Brisket Enchiladas and Brisket Burnt Ends--both made with top quality brisket from Idaho ranches. The burnt ends will be served with mashed potatoes and fresh brioche bread from The Geekery Bakery, the first time we've sold it on the truck!

Come enjoy Cedar Draw's atmosphere and ciders while getting a late lunch or dinner! (Bottled cider make great gifts!)

Tomorrow come find us at Cedar Draw Cider for some comfort food, heated seating, and the best ciders around! The Brisket Meatball sub is making it's debut on the menu, along with Smoked Meatloaf--something Riley Salas generously taught us to make while we were at Riley's Pit BBQ in Lockhart, TX.
