We hope everyone made it out ok during Hurricane Milton. We had some minor damage here at the farm and lost a handful of trees. We are thankful it wasn’t worse. Everyone stay safe out there! 🙏

Five generations of Graham’s have been farming in Umatilla since 1918. Papa often tells stories of playing with rocks on the ground while his dad took care of the groves. Michael and Mary bought a section of the grove to farm for themselves. Things were going great, then one day the asian psyllid came to town. It was wreaking havoc on the citrus industry, we choise to diversy. After some research we settled on the UF One, Florida peach. We got our feet wet by planting 3 acres as a test plot. They grew fast and tasted fabulous! Two years after planting we had a small crop that needed picking. So, we launched a page and invited folks to come out and pick their own peaches. It was a lot of hard work, a lot fun and a great success. In appreciation for the support of the local community we decided to give back. We held our first ever Pick-A-Peck, Give-A-Peck food raiser. The community came out and helped us pick peaches that we donated to local food banks. It was beatiful to listen to parents explain to their kids that they were picking peaches to share with those who are less fortuante. Our very first customer was Bruce. He came back every week for a peck of peaches and has come back every year to see us. We have had folks come from all over the state to pick peaches. Folks have traveled from Tampa, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Vero Beach and Naples. We have also had visitors from Wisconsin, California, Georgia, Minnesota, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and even Canada and Germany!
In 2018 we opened up the orange grove for pickers and 2019 we planted our first ever U-Pick sunflower field and maze. We truly enjoy seeing customers come back year after year and watching their kids grow. We hope you come out and enjoy the fresh air on the farm, plan some time to sit and visit a spell under the shade of the big live oak tree!
