Sooo we did a thing. Several months ago, we alluded to some renovations taking place at a new kitchen space. Well, it’s done! Sorry we didn’t keep our followers in the know, but honestly, we didn’t know when it would be done. We now have a new commercial kitchen located in Union Point, GA. For now, it is just a prep space, but we plan to offer take-out and pre-order service soon. Look for upcoming information about placing Christmas orders for pickup. Here are a few pictures of the space and what it looked like before.

Stop by Oconee Brewing Company next weekend for their Oktoberfest. We will be there Friday and Saturday with Pulled Pork, Pastrami Loaded Tater Tots, Pretzels & Beer Cheese, and a few other goodies.

We are still taking orders for Charcuterie boards the week of Thanksgiving. The boards will be available for pickup Tuesday 11/21 or Wednesday 11/22. The boards are $80 and will feed 6-8. We still have one board that can be made on a cutting board made by a local artist for $100 and you get to keep the board.

Grazing season is upon us.

Need something to tide the hungry crowd over until the turkey is ready? Been invited to a get together and not sure what to bring? Let CK’s Smokehouse help you out.
We will be taking orders for charcuterie boards through November 18th. The boards will feed 6-8 and will be ready for pickup on Tuesday & Wednesday the week of Thanksgiving.
The cost of each board is $80. For an additional $20 you can have your board made on a wooden cutting board made by a local artist. We have a limited amount of these boards available so place your order before they are all gone.

Thank you Sophie and Mitchell for allowing us to be part of your special day. Rain on your wedding day is good luck because it signifies that your marriage will last. As you know, a knot that becomes wet is extremely hard to untie – therefore, when you “tie the knot” on a rainy day, your marriage is supposedly just as hard to unravel.
