Here's an example of how we can provide support for your meetings. Tonights event is for just 10 attendees. They have a speaker flying in from Texas. We arrange receipt of the speaker's PowerPoint presentation, arrive on site and set up our laptop, load up the presentation, and connect to the venue tv. When the speaker arrives, we hand him a slide advancer and he's ready to go. We can even stay on site during the presentation in case there are any issues.
