FIRST DANCE TIPS 👇 The first dance at your wedding can be intimidating! Here are some tips to ease the “all eyes on me” anxiety: 1. Do you first dance right after your wedding introduction! You will already be on the dance floor at this time, and everyone’s eyes will be on you. 2. Don’t feel like you need to use the entire song! You can discuss with your DJ and/or Band to cut a shorter version of the song if you’re more comfortable with that. 3. PRACTICE! You don’t need a choreographed dance, but practicing a few times can help to ease the anxiety… Whether it’s deciding how you want to hold each other, place your hands, twirl or even just discussing the speed will make you feel a lot more comfortable on your wedding day. 4. Look at each other! This is such a special moment, you want to make sure you look at each other, smile, kiss and truly be together in this moment! 5. End with a dip! On this day 3 years ago, I officially filed “The Main Event by Kelly” as an LLC. It was a leap of faith in a world full of unknown (literally still in the middle of a pandemic) but looking back today, it was the best decision of my life! (Well.. I should say after marrying Michael 😅). I built this business by myself, piece by piece, and poured all my knowledge, love and passion into it! Looking back now, 3 years feel equally as yesterday as it feels a million years ago!
