Another wonderful venue

Hello everyone!
We have some changes to our calendar in 2025! It has come to our attention that our Saturday tours tend to have alot of cancellations for various reasons, so we have decided to turn our Saturday tours into an open house style tour. We will choose ONLY ONE Saturday out of each month, where we will have the doors open from 11:00am-3:00pm for you to show up with no scheduled appointment, you MUST check in with the office upon arrival and must tour the property with an employee. (Touring the property without an employee to walk through is not allowed)During the walk through you will be able get all of your questions answered- these tours will not be guaranteed private, but if you decide to book then your contract and deposit will be signed privately in the office.
If you prefer a private tour - please book a tour Tuesday-Friday from 2:00-5:30 pm based on availability. Hope this helps ease the cancellation process and opens up opportunities for last minute inquiries.
We will only be available and open for tours on that one Saturday assigned… every Saturday will no longer be available for tours. 🙂

(We will see if this change is a smooth transition for the new year)
(Once our weekends are booked with events then we will no longer have Friday or Saturday tours)

FAQ:
Rentals are separate pricing from venue
Our standing room capacity is 933
We can accommodate 200 seats with tables comfortably indoors
We can accommodate 100 chairs comfortably outside for ceremony (more if necessary)(less is recommended)
We do have outdoor/indoor ceremonies
We do have 🎇 packages (cant type the word)
We do have a “bring your own everything package”
We do have packages where we can provide everything
We do accommodate other events
We do not decorate, but can hire someone for you
We do not coordinate the event, but are very helpful if needed (hiring a coordinator is recommended if you feel like you need one- we do have contacts)
We do have a worker at event at all times
We do have security at event at all times
We offer afternoon tours
If there is an event then we do not offer weekend tours
We discuss pricing and packages during your scheduled tour😌(tours are usually 30-60minutes)
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your date, whether its the venue or the rentals.
Unfortunately, we can’t hold a date for you without a deposit! **Booking your date during your tour is highly recommended…
(Its always a good idea to double check to see if your date is still available prior to your scheduled tour- we do book daily)
We are totally booked up for October and November 2025 && March 2026…🤗
We do accept check, credit card(4%fee), and/or cash
