on September 6, the recall affects 345,417 dozen eggs distributed by Milos Poultry Farms, LLC, based in Bonduel, Wisconsin. The tainted eggs were marketed under the brands “Milos Poultry Farms” and “Tonys Fresh Market,” and sold via retailers and foodservice distributors in three states: Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan. The latest best by dates printed on the cartons are listed as October 12, 2024. This means it’s possible they are still available for purchase at some markets.

Food Handlers Must Be Certified In The State Of Florida!!!
Florida requires all food service employees in a licensed DBPR establishment to be trained on correct food handling and hygiene practices. Only DBPR division-approved training programs are accepted as meeting the training requirement. These approved training programs contain the following six mandated key food safety principles:

Ensuring proper personal hygiene
Preventing cross-contamination
Controlling time and temperature when handling food
Proper cleaning and sanitizing
The causes and effects of major foodborne illnesses
Ensuring proper vermin control.

I had a student who took their "NRFSP Food Service Instructor/Manager's Certification Written Exam" on Monday September 16th. Normally it takes 5 to 10 days to get the exam test results back. But I got an email notification today at 2:51 p.m. and when I open it, it was the student's exam test results, and they passed yall!!!! Thank You Lord for answered prayer. 👏👏👏
