This is our Vietnamese Version of the Hainanese Chicken dish! The rice is sautéed in ginger, garlic, shallots, & turmeric then cooked in our homemade chicken broth 🤤😍 come on out today and try our special! 😎

We also have eggrolls, cream cheese wontons, dumplings, chicken fried rice, beef noodle stir fry, Thai tea, & Vietnamese ice coffees!

Hello hello hello!! ❤️❤️❤️

We have a new special this Saturday!! This meal is most known as Hainanese Chicken however Vietnamese people have their own version as well! Called Cơm gà, literal translation = Rice Chicken!

This dish consists of tender poached chicken, aromatic rice cooked in chicken fat/broth, and a delicious array of condiments like ginger chili sambal, green onion oil, and the most delicious chicken soup on the side.

This is one of our favorites growing up with my mom making the BEST Cơm gà platter! 🤤 This is your chance to try it out! 8/24/24 Red River Market 10-2pm!
