Can’t believe it but our baby boy is now 6 months old. We haven’t had much time to past the past few months but we are still doing picnics! Life has been a roller coaster ride since we found out we were going to be parents. Juggling being small business owners, working full time & taking care of our son is definitely not easy but we are so very grateful everyday that Soiree By The Bay allows us to spend more time with our son & with each other —Thank you to all who support us and continue to book picnics with us! ❤️

If you want to book in advance please send us an Email or Direct Message so you can secure your desired picnic date. We will be out of town and unavailable to take bookings for the following dates: AUGUST 6-10TH SEPTEMBER 17-24TH OCTOBER 15-17TH OCT 25TH-NOV 4TH Beginning end of September we will no longer be taking bookings in SF Monday-Wednesday to avoid unnecessary permit fees.

While they will be very deeply missed, we’ve added some new local vendors to become apart of our team so that we can continue to keep giving you the best picnics in The Bay! Only a few more spots left in March to book your picnics — DM us for Baker Beach picnics from 3/24-25 & 3/29-31.

A question that still haunts us to this day 🥺 Although we would love to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the rotunda at Palace, we are NOT taking bookings here and will be following the rules instructed to us by park police to no longer have picnics at this location. In fact, no companies should be booking picnics here at the risk of having your picnic cancelled or disrupted. We’re not sure if we’ll be offering this location again & at this time we will be focusing all SF bookings at Crissy Field and Baker Beach where we have permits and our clients have more privacy and room to safely social distance!

We have multiple dates that we block off on our website due to receiving picnics outside of the city or in the middle of the day but we still have availability! So don’t be shy 🙈 make sure to message us with the date you’re looking for and we will squeeze you in or find an alternative date for you to enjoy a luxury picnic!

It’s our birthday month 🎉 Andrew & I will be celebrating our 26th birthdays from March 17th-23rd and will not be responding to any messages until we get back home from a small vacay. WE ARE NOT TAKING BOOKINGS FOR PICNIC PACKAGES OTHER THAN THE DATE NIGHT FOR THAT WEEKEND & WE ONLY HAVE 1 SLOT AVAILABLE FOR 3/21. Feel free to contact us if you have a booking for that weekend with our amazing team members but all general questions about booking will need to wait until the 24th to be addressed!
