Good morning ,
We want to start off by thanking each and everyone of you! Jan 4th, 2024 will be 2 years we have been in business, and we continue to learn each and everyday! ๐ฅน๐ค Our number one goal is to have our customers leave happy with their experience from us! From our service, to the quality of their food, and everything in between! We have changed a lot in the last 2 years for the better and Iโm sure we will continue to make changes for the better, as we are always aiming to be the best for our customers!
With that being said, yes we are human, no we are not perfect, but we try our best! We all know the first couple of years are the hardest with a new business! Sometimes we donโt realize that it would be this hard! Some of you know, while many others may not, that I Rachel Newman started Triple B, With Cheese Jan 4th 2022 to be about ALL things CHEESE, with having Bacon, Burger, BBQ as toppings for food because I wanted to be able to change the menu up, because preparing the same thing over and over again gets old! Preparing food for others is my love language! It brings me joy to be able to serve good quality tasting food to our customers and I try to provide that at a reasonable price, because times are hard!
Well, I found out in Oct 2022 that I had Alpha-Gal! (In short terms Iโm allergic to mammaltarrian meat, beef, pork, ect.) Wait a minute, what? Iโm allergic to the food trailer I just started. Even though it was a lot to take in I didnโt look at it as defeat, just another obstacle to overcome! Even though I had Drs begging me to switch to serving food I wasnโt allergic to, fried chicken or fish and shrimp! I mean that would be ridiculous, people already like the food and know the food I serve, I canโt change it up all whillie nillie now. Plus, What doesnโt kill you makes you stronger right?
Yes and No! Yes I have become a stronger person, and have learned a lot from it! However, my symptoms have gradually gotten worse! To the point, I canโt walk past a smoker with butts on them, because my chest will start hurting and I canโt breath.
So I want to personally apologize if your experience wasnโt the best with us! You see I am always modifying or changing things, trying to make them better or to simply have different options, because not everybody can have the same things!
Fast forward to Dec 27, 2023, I had a procedure done that hopefully will help me so that I can go back to being 100% for our customers wants and needs, my wants and needs for our customers! I apologize for the lengthy post, I simply wanted to bring attention to everyone, that everybody is going through something! So be kind, pray for the ones going through something that others are not aware of!
Change is scary, problems arise, but it keeps us learning and growing!
I wanted to post this yesterday but I was I guess scared to. So I am posting it now! I was nervous about the procedure, but I did it! Still kinda nervous.๐ฅบ However, I am excited to get this journey going and back to being 100% myself! Thank you to all our followers and customers!
