From the East Coast to Zion National Park, Cody & Grace drove across the country with their family, stopping at breathtaking national parks along the way and embracing every bit of weather nature had to offer. They said their vows alongside the river with the brides sister as their officiant. We ended the day with a hike up to a stunning overlook, capturing their love against the epic landscapes that brought them here 🏜️✨🗺️

Cas + Trace came all the way from the south to spend an epic few days exploring Moab with their family and it did not disappoint ✨

After having a quick ceremony, we hopped in their Jeep and headed to off road for this iconic Moab destination 🏜️🤌🏼

We had the best time climbing all over the desert rocks and standing on cliffsides to watch the sun go down and light up the skies ❤️‍🔥 🌅

sunrise Jeep adventure the morning of their elopement so they could share their vows privately and then make it official and celebrate later with family & friends 💛

these destination elopements (with a handful of loved ones) have quickly become a favorite of mine to photograph. what a fun idea: to road trip or fly with your closest family & friends, rent a big house together and make memories all week long exploring someplace new. pick a day to say “I do” and then come back to that destination year after year to celebrate your anniversary 🏜️

Recommending locations that allow for total privacy + epic views is kinda my thing 💁🏼‍♀️🫦

One of the reasons you may be choosing to elope is to avoid having so much attention on yourselves, or to keep your vows just between you two. The last thing you probably want is tourists watching you like you’re the entertainment of the day! I love sharing spots with my couples where I know we’ll have peace and quiet and all the privacy they desire.

The solitude & silence of the desert can be so comforting, especially with views like this. We got to soak up the incredible sunset hues after they shared their vows, toasted champagne and wandered the trails till dusk.

At the break of dawn, we found ourselves amongst the towering orange arches and red walls of the iconic Arches National Park 🏜️ It’s my favorite time of day in the park, as the sun starts to illuminate all the rock faces and lights the oranges on fire ❤️‍🔥 I only shoot in the park at sunrise so we can find some peace and quiet before the crowds of tourists haul in for the day.

S + S knew they wanted to incorporate this park into their elopement day, and originally thought of it for their ceremony. But to provide them privacy and solitude we opted for a more secluded location at sunset that evening when we met up again. (Part two coming soon)

It’s always so fun seeing everyone’s reaction to couples in wedding attire within the national parks. So many “congratulations!!” 👏🏼 And “wow! Hiking in a dress out here? Look at you go!” 👏🏼 And “how bigs the wedding? Oh, just you two? Wow, that’s the way to go! Amazing!” 👏🏼 And the occasional “can I take your photo?” 📷

when the helicopter guide be like: “guys I know a spot” 👁️ 👄 👁️

this was the most insane, jaw-dropping and otherworldly experience. flying (very close, might I add 😂) right over the peaks of so many stunning mountains in the Dolomites to get to this spot perched up high with 360 views and no souls in site 🚁 to call it dreamy would be the understatement of the year!

as soon as we landed, the 3 of us flew out of the helicopter and immediately ran around exploring all the views with crazy adrenaline running through our veins 🏔️

it’s gonna take me a long time to process all the magic I witnessed this week in the Dolomites ✨🫶🏼🏔️🤯 out of the 7 locations we shot it, it was nearly impossible to pick the first one to sit down and edit a few sneaks from. but here we are: at a dreamy turquoise lake nestled in the mountains 🤩

Foreva eva 🫶🏼 this stunning summer wedding day in Washington was filled with so much love and laughter. Days like this remind me of why I fiercely love weddings - watching my couples’ friends & family rally around them to celebrate, uplift & cherish their relationship is so so special. There was so much emotion all around as people cried tears of joy, as they cheersed 🥂 across dinner tables, and as they sang at the top of their lungs partying the night away 🪩

From Kentucky to the Oregon coast, this adventurous couple embarked on an unforgettable trip with their closest friends. Their dream? To elope on a breathtaking beach in the PNW at sunset 🌅🌊 Along the way, we stopped to see many sights along the famous Oregon coast including Hug Point’s beach caves, Ecola’s lush coastal forests🌲, and Cannon Beach’s classic Haystack Rock reflection.

For couples wanting to experience multiple locations that will take their breath away, I always suggest booking at minimum my Half Day Package. This allows us to hit up several dreamy spots and take our time absorbing all the views! 🚗 💭 🌄

5⭐️ “Andie made our dreams come true with her photography skills. Her work ethic, directions, and accommodations were incomparable! If we could go back , we would pick her over and over again. She made both my husband and I feel so comfortable during the entire process. While most people are stressed out their entire wedding day, Andie made ours smooth and simple. We flew across the country from New York to Washington for our special day and she exceeded all expectations. She captured so many amazing views and details. She sent us a ton of pictures just 24 hours later, and provided us our entire gallery is less than one month. She made the entire time spent with her a joy. Our family and friends are just as obsessed with the pictures as we are. It was too hard to pick our favorite pictures. I recommend her wholeheartedly if you are looking for a photographer!”🫶🏼

Ashley and Aaron’s journey to forever took them from the warmth of Florida to the awe-inspiring San Juan mountains in Colorado, and what a breathtaking adventure it was 🏔️✨

We met at the crack of dawn in a humble gas station parking lot ⛽️ where anticipation buzzed in the crisp morning air. Together, we navigated winding, narrow dirt roads that twisted through the rugged terrain, all leading to a secluded alpine lake that seemed untouched by time.

As the sun gently illuminated the peaks, Ashley and Aaron shared a first look, their emotions as pure and unspoiled as the landscape around them. Their vows echoed softly in the mountain air, promising a lifetime of love amidst the serenity of nature. They embraced and snuggled against the stunning backdrop of towering peaks and crystal-clear waters, savoring a morning that was uniquely their own.

With the entire lake to themselves, their love story unfolded in a way that was as intimate as it was grand. It was a perfect beginning to their lifelong adventure together, set against a backdrop of unparalleled beauty. 🏔️💍✨

Things don’t always go as planned on your wedding day - but at the end of the day it’s your relationship & the important people present that matter most.

J + J were set to marry in the Utah desert just outside of Bryce Canyon National Park, but their plans faced an unexpected twist when a fierce thunderstorm threatened their outdoor wedding setups. With only a brief weather window available, we all decided to rush to the ceremony site and get them married between downpours ☔️ The rain held off until J made it down the aisle & she managed to get through a few lines of her vows before we all realized how truly drenched everyone was and opted to move the ceremony indoors.

Despite being soaked, spirits remained high as we crammed into a cozy space to dry off and continue the ceremony. J + J are two of the most intentional and heartfelt people I’ve ever met, and their vows reflected that with every word and promise shared.

The rain persisted throughout the evening until sunset, when the sky cleared, revealing stunning golden light and a magnificent rainbow 🌈

We all partied late into the night (myself and vendors included!), savoring every moment with family and friends 💃🏼 🪩 🕺🏼 🥂

flying all the way from Missouri to have a quiet desert elopement in Oregon… that’s the move 🤘🏼🤩 these two rented a tiny house in central Oregon and spent a few days exploring before making it official at Smith Rock! they incorporated so many sweet personal details & brought items from loved ones at home to be apart of their day. much of this stunning jewelry was made by her dad, or came from family members. the rug they wed on is 50 years old from her grandparents, and the tie from grandparents as well. there’s so many ways to bring parts of your loved ones into your day, even if they’re not physically present, and I love when couples put that intentionality into their day 💛

part two of this epic mountain pnw engagement session 🏔️🌲🌿 the whole shoot was supposed to be at Mount Baker but after we all drove several hours we arrived to partial views, which quickly turned into zero views/being totally socked in by the clouds. I felt so bad that I offered them a second shoot at sunrise the next morning somewhere at lower elevation levels and I am sooo glad we did! how stunning is this glassy lake?! 🤩 this second location is actually where my husband and I did our own engagement photos back in 2016! so fun to come full circle back to this spot.

What I’m All About

I want to tell your story. The big pretty stuff & the little messy stuff.

The imperfect, beautiful, unique story that makes you two, well, YOU. The little moments and the big ones. The mascara-running tears in a dark & crowded room, the silent and nervous anticipation of waiting to see your bride/groom for the first time, the double-chinned laughs when your dad mentions having kids on your wedding day, the running down the aisle with your fist in the air, the sweaty cupid shuffle on the dance floor, and the crazy excitement for life as you sprint away under sparkler lights into this new thing called marriage. Let me be there to carry your dress, to tell you where your boutonniere goes, to wipe the tears away, to help calm your nerves, and to keep you focused on what truly matters. Let me be there to capture all of those little moments, and trust me to capture the big picture moments. Whether that's on a mountain top at sunset, running on the beach through the waves, exploring the desert (sweaty & all), or hiking through the woods with mud on your dress.
