We had the privilege of producing Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC's end-of-year celebration at Welcome to the Farm - Chicago, where every detail set the stage for an unforgettable evening. Equipped with the perfect set up for a live fiddle player and DJ, the entertainment and activities were a blast! From line dancing and leather stamping to a roaming cowboy photo booth and southern-inspired eats, this event brought 200 guests together for an incredible mix of networking and fun. Our partners helped make it a memorable and seamless night!

This year, we had the pleasure of crafting a one-of-a-kind experience for the annual One Clune Celebration! We began with a collaborative session to dive into Clune Construction's vision and event goals, ensuring every detail was covered. It takes a village to execute an event of this magnitude, and we're so grateful to our partner vendors who contributed to the vision and production for the event. In the end, we were able to create an experience that brought together employees from all seven offices in a celebration of unity and appreciation.

Custom event apps that provide moment to moment schedule updates, allow participants to customize their experiences, and add an additional layer of engagement to support their learning style. We find that Kinesthetic and Visual learners especially like having access to a tool that is beautiful and interactive.
Effortless Check Ins
Contactless check ins, directly from your participants’ phones or laptops, sets a modern and easy tone for events. Not only is contactless check in a convenience for attendees and event staff, it allows guests to review their itinerary, make changes to their event schedule, and update any relevant information on their own time and free up event staff to be able to create deeper connections to guests that are looking for a more personal touch.
