To all my vegan and vegetarian friends I haven’t forgot about you. This is our vegetarian gyro. With generously seasoned roasted vegetables and a red pepper hummus. This gyro will quickly become a favorite once you give it a taste.

A couple of pics from the catering last night. They had the Philly gyro as well as the Tropical Chicken gyro. The pics do the flavor they had no justice…it was so good!

On Saturday the 18th we will be doing our first sampling for everyone who’s not looking to cater. We will be running our Tiger Cry beef gyro as well as our Philly steak & cheese gyro. We will have your choice of toppings from pico de Gallo or cabbage and cilantro. As well as roasted vegetables or a salad as a side. The gyros will be 14.00 with a free topping and a side for 3.00. The roasted vegetable will be a blend of zucchini, red peppers, yellow squash, and onions seasoned to perfection. Message me on fb or email me your orders. We will be taking orders until Thursday December 16th. I can’t tell you how excited I am to finally debut this for all of you. I promise it will be well worth the wait! Message me any gyros you want for the next run and I’ll pick the two most popular. Thank you all in advance!

So we’re currently on the lookout for a permanent location for the future. I’m looking to have 1,000 likes by the time we find it and take this operation to grub hub. Until then be on the lookout for sample days in the future. In the next few weeks I’m looking to have a sample day. I’ll choose a few sandwiches and take your orders.
