All our Georgia Southern Tailgaters, we are going to have the smoker fired up this Saturday(9/30) for the Coastal Carolina game. Orders will be ready to at 12 noon and pickup will be from the RAC.

Just a little life update on the Floppy Dog gang. We decided earlier this year that we were ready to make the move back to Bulloch County/Statesboro where a lot of our relatives and childhood friends live. We had to put a lot of things we wanted to do (Festivals, caterings, etc) on pause for a bit while we got our old house sold and get moved into our new place.

With that being said, we are finally moved and settled in and ready to kick things back in gear again. We have a lot of exciting things in the works that will expand Floppy Dog past just doing caterings and we can't wait to tell everyone.

PS: our service area will still be all the surrounding areas (Chatham, Effingham, Bulloch, Jenkins, etc etc)

The final product was delicious. For my BBQ peeps, this is a Texas style brisket. The run is course kosher salt and course black pepper with a mustard binder. Wrapped it at 160 in butcher paper and let it rest for an hour after I pulled it.

Whew, it's going down on the smoker today!!! Smoked pork chops for lunch, and brisket & pulled pork for supper 🤤. We need a labor day atleast once a week 😁
