Meet my friend Sarah that passionately creates these delicious frozen treats out of locally sourced fruits, vegetables and coffee.

She supports local farmers and producers, and community.

Having access to fresh produce to prepare the meals we love the most is Thanks to a Farmer near or far.

In the upcoming MLK Parade on January 18th in Augusta Ga, farmers will be present for you to see, meet and get some fresh produce. We will be handing out produce, seeds and planters to parade attendees so make your way there.

I absolutely love it when you all share pictures of your vibrant, delicious, and healthy creations! Each one is a testament to your creativity and commitment to nourishing your bodies.

So late one night, I looked in the fridge after a long day at the farm and said, “ The kids done ate all the leftovers!” 😅

I saw these veggies and said the oven it is! We have to be thankful for the undervalued things sometimes, like an oven.

Potatoes- Drizzled w/ Avocado Oil & Avocado Seasoning
Mushrooms- Drizzled w/Grapeseed oil & Kinders ‘The Blend’ seasoning
Carrots & Cherry Tomatoes - Drizzled w/ Avocado oil, kosher salt, white pepper & a pinch of brown sugar.

All roasted at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

The kale was sautéed in a pan with yellow onions, garlic and fresh ginger. Seasoned with Kinders and topped w/ Veggie Broth to make a sauce.

Y’all, this quick meal was so good and right on time. I roasted everything while I showered and did a quick check in with the kiddos.

Now get in on in that kitchen and throw some things in the oven.
