So yes we will be at the pool tomorrow. For those of you who work late during the week this is a day you can make it. Brisket, pulled pork and pulled chicken sandwiches along with legs, thighs and wings. For sides we will have baked beans, smoked cabbage and mac-n-cheese. Should be open between 11:30 or so. Come get you some.

So this is the last weekend for the pool. I am planning on setting up Sunday who will be around?

We are set up at the Dauphin pool today! Thunderstorms are supposed to start around 3 and we would love to be sold out before that so come see us and grab some lunch! We will stick around as long as we can as long as we have food.

Sorry but we will not be at the pool tomorrow. I got my butt kicked this weekend and my my body told me to take a break. I am listening to my body. We will also not be there next week do to an event we have on Friday. I have to do a pig roast on friday and I need the time to prep. Sorry again and I hope to see you all in 2 weeks.

The last couple of weeks have not been so good for us at Rollin' Smoke. Sales have been way down and we have had very little tips. I think a good part of it has been vacations but some has to do with the economy. I intend to go a few more weeks to see what happens. Everyone should be done with vacations soon. We will be set up tomorrow at the pool parking lot. I will have my home made sausage tomorrow with peppers and or onions. Full menu will be out by 11. Hope to see everyone tomorrow.

We will be at the pool tomorrow. I might be a little lite on sides do to running all over the place this afternoon. Something a little different this week. No baked beans, instead I made pinto beans. Full menu will be up around 10am. Oh and I have lots of jerky. I have spicey, regular and sugar free $25 a bag.

I now have regular and spicey jerky bagged and ready. I also have sugar free on the smoker and it will be bagged and ready by tomorrow. Call me if you want some 717-554-4209 or I will be at the DMPHA around 5:30-6:30. Then I will be going to Newfangled Brew Works from about 7-9pm. My son Shawn Grant has returned to the kitchen in the Newfangled Brewery but as Nomad BBQ which is what he started over at the 717 Armory. His BBQ is better than ever and has a full menu now. Come get one of the best BBQs around and the best jerky around.

Yes we will be at the Dauphin Pool parking lot tomorrow. Most of our usual stuff no smoked cabbage bur we will have Brussel Sprouts. No pork ribs but we will have beef ribs. My home made Mac salad again this week. Full menu will be posted around 10am. Look at them beef ribs. You know you want some.

Tonight we will be at the Ned Smith Center. A band called Gentleman East will be playing and we will be serving food. The band has 3 ex members of The Badlees and one from Breaking Benjamin. Tickets will be available at the door for $25. If you have never been here before it is an awesome little venue.
