We are looking for part-time Team Members to join our team as Referees in a family friendly, exciting, and fast paced environment. We are looking for individuals with exceptional customer service skills, who are able to work in a team oriented environment.

Team Members will:

monitor game play and players on and off the field

enforce the safety rules

perform safety rules debriefing of customers

chronograph airsoft markers

Demonstrate excellent customer service

Enforce the safety rules

Issue rental equipment to guests

and other tasks as needed by management.

Potential candidates should enjoy working with a team focused on delivering an exceptional customer service experience.

In addition to:

Have a positive and cheerful attitude that will enable you to achieve the highest level of customer service.

excellent communication skills.

Work well in a fast-paced, busy environment, and stay calm under pressure.

Must be able to stand, sit, reach, grasp, squat, bend, run for extended periods of time; must be able to lift 25 lbs on a daily basis.

Must be okay working in an outdoor environment

Must be able to use walkie-talkie radios and whistles.

Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays (Saturday &/or Sunday).

Be computer proficient.

Paintball and/or Airsoft experience preferred but not required.

Gellyball Arena is a perfect part-time weekend job for college students or those looking for a second weekend only job!
