I discovered this recipe some time back and forgot how much I love it. Hollow out a baguette, line with Prosciutto, beat eggs with milk, Parmesan, parsley and lemon zest. Add some of the hollowed out bread. Fill baguette and bake 15 minutes, rotate pan, bake 15 minutes more. Yummy! Add a side of fried green tomatoes (the only tomato the damn squirrels didn’t get!) Easy like Sunday morning!
