Oh, Italy, you stole my heart! ❤️

I feel so lucky to have explored these incredible venues near Naples. From dreamy wineries and castles to beautiful old country homes, each one was more stunning than the last.

And let's not even get started on the FOOD and WINE. 🍷

The flavors there were unmatched. Volcanic ash soil makes the local wine extra delicious. I may or may not have indulged myself and brought home a few more bottles than I should have! 🤭

Dear Lord, don’t let me fumble the dreams that I been praying for as I see them come to life! Today I got to marry a beautiful couple and they jumped the broom to unify their union at the end of the ceremony! This is a traditional way to end a wedding in some Black communities. The practice is documented as a marriage ceremony for enslaved people in the Southern United States during the 1840s and 1850s, who were often not permitted to marry legally. Our couple today decided to carry on this beautiful tradition! The bride even decorated the broom herself! Our Story

I will never forget March 28, 2017, when the doctor told us that my fiancé, Troy, had Stage 4 squamous cell carcinoma of the nasal cavity. Oh, and by the way, it was a rare type of cancer with a 35% survival rate. We were devastated, especially because Troy just proposed to me on January 1, 2017! Instead of throwing an engagement party, we were going to start going through many rounds of chemotherapy, radiation, and surgeries.

While helping Troy go through his treatments, I was also planning our wedding. Troy did NOT want to cancel the wedding, as the vision of seeing me walk down the aisle gave him the hope and motivation to overcome and beat cancer. This was no small feat and took a lot of determination and heart. Planning an event with someone who may not survive to that date can be nerve-wracking and scary, but I did it! In March of 2020, Troy was pronounced cancer free! We are so overjoyed and thankful that we have been given another lease on life! We plan to live life to the fullest each day!

After going through this heart-breaking ordeal, I realized my life’s purpose and vision is to help terminally ill people have a “Timeless Dream Event”. We love to celebrate life each day, and I want others to feel the same way! Everyone deserves a celebration of life, especially during uncertain times. I am a compassionate person who understands this type of sensitive situation and will empathize with you during this time. I am proud of the services we offer and the vendors that I work with and hope you will follow us on this special journey!
