This is one of my favorite pictures of my Dad and me on vacation in Florida playing miniature golf. ⛳️ I don’t specifically remember this exact day but I do remember how my Dad made me (and everyone else) in the world feel. I was the youngest of six but he made time for all of us. I don’t ever remember him missing anything - from swim meets to dance recitals - he was always there with a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye! He had a great laugh, easy disposition and always a kind word. So many times in my life, even before he passed away, his was the voice I heard in my head. He had the best advice - too many good nuggets to list here - but trust me, they’ve been passed on and have been anchors in my life! He loved my Mom, my siblings, his entire family and extended family with his whole heart and soul. I miss you so much Dad and am so grateful that when God decided where I was going to land in this world, He picked you and Mom.

I’m so sad to tell you that our buddy Roscoe recently joined a lot of amazing angels in heaven. It’s so hard to believe he’s gone. My heart aches and feels empty when I wake up, go to bed or I walk through the mudroom door and he’s not there to greet me with his wagging tail and happy, cuddly face.

I feel grateful for the 14 years we were blessed to have him as our family bestie and I absolutely loved him beyond beyond.

I miss you sweet buddy and will see you in my dreams until we get to play together again in heaven. 🤍

We set up our lounge with fine china and filled our plates at with whole food, plant-based cookies and tea sandwiches. It was beautiful and absolutely delicious!
