"General Tso Chicken"

Nope not chicken.... it's tofu! However with its crispy exterior and flavorful sauce you would have no idea.. . Or at least no complaint. 😂🤣

Plated on top of Cilantro Lime Rice, diced and roasted sweet potatoes and sauteed veggies

I also substituted out the honey for brown sugar to make this dish completely Vegan.
