That PERFECT yes moment!! 🙌🏼💍 The Proposal Planner With Forever Franks set up the most romantic picnic for Bill and Casey to arrive to. As they were walking up, Casey was so surprised and couldn’t believe that this was all for her. Happy Halloween from the Franks fam! This was Charlie’s first Halloween and she loves the movie Moana. We watch it 7 times a day sometimes, she’s obsessed! Of course, we had to dress up as her favorites. We walked the streets with family while drinking some seltzers and passing out beverages to the adults! 🍻 Who says trick or treating is just for kids?!
