i’ve got several orders i’m doing for thanksgiving. i’ve got several extra hams i can cook. i’ll deliver to owensboro wednesday morning or you can pickup in pleasant ridge on Thanksgiving morning. I don’t think i have room for anymore turkeys but if you want something else like boston butt or bologna let me know. just pm me or leave message in comments. the Hams are $35 each weigh an average of 7 pounds.

I’m gonna smoke a few Kentucky legend Hams and have ready for delivery in Owensboro Saturday morning. The price is $5 per pound. .Hams range from 5-10 pounds. Please let me know here or pm me if you’d like one. The can easily be thrown in crockpot or oven for Easter Sunday.

I’ll be cooking hams and Prime Rib for Christmas Eve delivery. Delivering in owensboro at noon and Hartford at 1pm on Saturday Christmas Eve.

Smoked Kentucky Legend Hams $5 per pound.

Prime Rib $15 per pound.

When ordering hams give me an estimate of the size you need. Between 5 and 10 pounds.

When ordering prime rib please let me know how many pounds. It will be cooked as close as possible to medium rare, then you can either roast it a little longer or grill it to your preferred temperature.

I will be smoking Ky Legend Hams for thanksgiving. Will deliver to Hartford and owensboro mid morning on Thanksgiving so your ham will be perfect for Thanksgiving lunch.

$40 hams will weigh around 7 pounds each. Please either pm me or post on here. Please make sure you get a response from me. Occasionally someone shares my posts and people respond to those posts and I don’t see them.

For those wondering. I will be doing a limited number of turkeys and Kentucky Legend hams for Thanksgiving. If that doesn’t sound good, then ask me about smoking you a bacon wrapped beef filet loin(filet mignon) or prime rib. More details later, just hoping meat prices come down a little.

4th of July Smoked Meat!!!

Brisket and pork loin are back on the menu!!

Delivering a little earlier than normal!!

Let me do the cooking for your 4th of July Festivities!!
Delivering to Owensboro
At 1 pm in front of old 8 ball in Gabes shopping center, and at 2pm in Hartford in Bobs IGA parking lot.

Large Boston Butts $35
Whole 10 pound precook weight brisket-$70
Half of a large brisket 7-10 lb precooked -$40
Whole pork loin-10-12 lbs precooked- 35
1/2 pork loin $20
Rack of ribs $17
Pulled pork $9 per pound

Large sides of Hasbrown casserole or baked beans $5. Feeds 4-6 people.

Small bologna chubs -$10

Family meals
Add 2 large sides to any above meat for $5 to make it a meal. Must be 3 pounds of pulled pork, 2 racks of ribs or two bologna chubs in order to get family meal price on those items.

I’ll probably smoke every other weekend starting this weekend, that means I’ll also cook on June 20th and then of course July 4th.

Menu posted later this week. I’ve got to see what I can get besides ribs and Boston Butts, I smoked a beef tenderloin wrapped in bacon the other day and really liked it. If I can get more of them at a decent price I may offer that too.
