A beautiful day with this sweet couple was had on August 10th. 🤍✨ We are always so appreciative + excited when we get access to the wedding day gallery. It’s such a fun way to relive a day we played a small part in! We had a blast working with for the first time ever and can you even believe these photos?! 📷

Team work makes the dream work! I still love these photos from my wedding back in 2019 of doing their thing. 🍕 My dream was to have pizza at my wedding and let me tell you, they delivered! Little did I know that we’d be working together at many more weddings in the future. Seeing them and sneaking a slice (or two…or three) always takes me right back to my own big day!

Requirements:

* Creative and passionate about event planning and coordination.
* Must be physically capable of working long days on your feet and occasionally picking up heavy items.
* Must have a flexible summer schedule, available some weekends.
* Must be able to firmly commit to working an event 30 days in advance.
* Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
* Innate leadership abilities.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task.
* Can take direction and feed-back.
* Able to work in a high-energy, high-pressure environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a team player.
* Must have a car.
* Proficient in Canva is a PLUS.
* Previous management experience is a PLUS.
* Comfortable driving a truck and pulling a trailer is a PLUS. Or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

* Assist with social media management: creating posts, reels, monthly content calendars, etc.
* Assist with The Blush Bar drop offs and pick ups
* Assist with decor rental drop offs and pick ups
* Assist at weddings and events doing Day of Coordination and set up
* Perform all other duties as assigned

Benefits:

5 months ago I finally pulled the trigger and bought this sweet little bar trailer. I first saw this gem at a wedding in 2021 and I somehow knew one day she’d be mine. The last few months have been spent making her my own- new paint, wallpaper, the addition of cabinet doors, curtains, a new door hinge, etc. but she’s done and she’s ready to PARTY! ✨

On Sunday, a group of amazing vendors came together and helped me get The Blush Bar the proper photoshoot she deserves. I cannot wait to share more photos with you but for now, I’ll leave you here with a little sneak peek. 📷

April showers bring May flowers + we will take all the flowers we can get! 🌷Although the weather has been SO dreamy this week (not a rain cloud in sight 🙌🏻), we have a feeling the rain is still to come this spring- we do live in Montana after all. ☔️

The wet weather last June didn’t stop this gorgeous bride (who happens to be my adorable little sis) from snapping some amazing shots (shoutout 📷). Her florals were done by the AMAZING + I’m still drooling over them.

T-minus 1 month until our wedding season begins! We can’t wait.
