A perfect cocktail for the rainy evening or any evening.

One of my signature cocktails called Bel Fiore is my absolute favorite. It features an 18yr Dark Rum, St. George Spiced Pear, Luxardo Liquor and a few other special ingredients.

It’s a Tiki inspired, spirit forward master piece. Creative Cocktails are our obsession here at Tipsy Mermaid.

Margarita Madness was a hosted private shindig that we just had so much fun creating.

Margaritas are of course our favorite cocktails for summer but with the Tipsy Mermaid style of course. We fresh press all of our super juices and use our Master Mixologist to create the most amazing riffs on the classic Margarita, Paloma and other tequila favorites.
