This weekend I painted over the pink walls and I am so glad I did! I used limewash paint which creates soft tonal variations, and that textured appearance adds an undeniable wow-factor.

I had never used limewash before. I was a little nervous after watching a few people online run into issues trying to use limewash paint, but my experience was a breeze. It was just as easy & way more fun then using regular paint, and the end result is stunning walls.

I used limewash paint in the color Facade, which is a beautiful modern grey.

Wow. It’s been 6 months since we opened our doors. Seems like it was just yesterday that I was plastering, painting, sanding, wallpapering, replacing ceiling tiles and using power tools I’d never even heard of before. I can’t even articulate how petrified I was to replace the ceiling tiles, not knowing what might be up there. Bugs freak me out & I thought for sure I’d fall off the ladder.

Owning a business isn’t always glamorous, it’s hard work. It is a labor of love…a relentless determination to bring a vision to life & serve others. To make a difference. There are days filled with excitement & days filled with stress & fear of failure, but one thing is true we are here for the sake of you. To provide a resource that allows you to celebrate, create, and follow your dreams. Thank you for all your support during our first 6 months - it means the world! Looking forward to things to come!

We’ve added background drapes to the studio. A set of white drapes & a set black drapes. You’ll love how versatile they are. Scroll to see some ideas on how you can use them. One on my favorite things to do is photograph my muse’s reflection in the large floor mirror with drapes behind them to create a soft scene.

Green glitter everywhere after a photoshoot involving a gorgeous quinceanera dress.

At TPR you never walk into the space immediately after another booking. Maybe it’s just me stuck in a covid cautiousness, but yikes. We want you to know that when you arrive our room is clean & ready to welcome you. No leftover surprises from a previous guest and no need for you to end your shoot early in order to have time to clean-up.

I remember having a shoot for my clothing brand a year ago at a local studio. We ran right up to the last second & scrambled to get everything packed up & get out on time. The next person who had the room literally walked in as we walked out. That’s not our style at TPR. We clean after every appointment so you can feel safe while you’re here & spend every minute doing what you came for…to create.

Look at beautiful 3 month old son. He is absolutely dreamy. Someone call Tyra Banks and tell her we have America’s Next Top Model baby competition winner.

This little guy arrived to his session with his mother, grandmother & his great-grandmother, a sign of just how much love he is surrounded with. He is a cherished treasure.🤍

Can I have more time? It’s the most asked question. Many of the photographers who book the space reach out during their session and ask for more time in the space because time flies when you have so many sets that create endless options. Where many studios can’t accommodate last minute extensions we take them in stride because we space our bookings out & avoid back-to-back appointments. For us it’s not about the number of appointments we can squeeze into a day, it’s about making sure the experience of the people who spend time in the space is exceptional. We also want to support our photographers with their success by allowing them to capture as many quality images as they can. This flexibility can be a game changer.

We are delighted to see how much people enjoy using the space, it truly warms my heart.🤍 Cheers to the best community, keep blooming!
