My last ceremony for the season was up in the Bitterroot Mountains - a three hour drive from my base in Kalispell - a short and sweet elopement with personalized vows and a ring exchange. I was delighted to support the adventurous couple and also grateful I charge travel fees. Here's my initial account of the last four miles, which I almost deleted but upon re-watching, thought it spoke well to my true experience.

At the start of my summer wedding season - my first in Montana! - I was generously invited by fellow officiant Mel Eckhardt to shadow and support this sweet elopement in Glacier National Park. The officiant, couple and capture team were amazingly flexible and patient with a recent flood in our area causing lots of re-working and back up plans. Here you can see a tiny peninsula they're accessing to capture some photos with the majestic mountain backdrops at the best angle, a quick capture post ceremony and the couple posing for the whole team with their newly signed marriage license.
I can hardly believe it's been a month already! The sunshine has dried up all that rain.
