I post a lot of wins, impact, and positive moments.

But here’s the truth… everyone faces rejection, no matter what you see on social media.

I don’t want to be the guy, that only posts his wins.

I get told no. A LOT.
Emails go unanswered.
Texts get left on read.
That’s part of it.

What matters is showing up anyway. Staying consistent when it’s quiet. Believing in your mission even when no one’s clapping.

Rejection doesn’t mean stop. It means keep going until the right doors open. 1% better, even on the hard days…

Why us? Because we get it.

We were in high school just 4 years ago.
Middle school? 7.

We remember the pressure, the comparison, the lack of motivation...

We’ve faced the same battles your child might be facing right now. And we didn’t just survive them… we powered through them. We did the work, and now we’re living the results.

We’re not speaking at your kids… we’re walking with them.

We know what it takes to get to the other side and we’re here to show them how!!!

On Friday, I attended The LaBranche Family Foundation 9th Annual Gala.

I am honored and very grateful to have received the Community Impact Award.

Their mission is to support families facing financial hardships, as well as women and children living in homeless shelters. They also have their upcoming Pajama Wish Program, which will bring comfort and care to over 1,000 local children.

Thank you to Mr. and Mrs. LaBranche.

What is our 1% Team?

It’s a dynamic group of like-minded professionals & entrepreneurs. We meet bi-weekly to learn from executive guest speakers (CEOS, VPs, Top International Speakers & Investors etc.) who share their expertise, inspire us to greatness, and provide motivation. We run team breakout/networking sessions for further collaboration and to grow connections within our team. We also, host sponsored (Chick-fil-A) team dinners, volunteer our time to the community, and attend/host events together! This collaborative effort facilitates continuous learning, personal/professional development, and the realization of individual potentials.

We are dedicated to becoming 1% better each and every day and helping each other achieve greatness personally & professionally ✅
