So since the new year has begun, so have my orders for tables and platters! I’m so grateful that all these people have trusted me with their events and were so happy with the outcome. I had the privilege of setting up a grazing table at Split Rail Winery for Atova Realty with a Christmas vibe and got to do a simple platter for a Bunco gathering. Had a lot of fun doing these! Some stuff that has been keeping me busy. Roasted veggies platter, smoked salmon and cucumber pinwheels, smoked tritip and blueberry balsamic chutney, fruit platters, veggie stuffed mushrooms, roasted tomato burrata, and you know the norm! Got to do a winter BSU Grad Party. I loved the colors of the seasonal fruits, the persimmons worked out great for the BSU orange. Some candy and blueberries helped with the BSI blue. Loved the grazing buffet bar! !

Did a little grazing buffet for a BSU winter grad. I love when I get to incorporate theme colors into my boards and grazes. Persimmon’s, oranges, apricots, peppers and flowers helped with the BSU orange and some candies and blueberries helped with the BSU blue. 🧡💙
