Starke! We’ve got something special cooking for New Year’s Eve!

Come out Wednesday night to the brand-new amphitheater for the NYE Celebration Concert with our hometown country artist Clark Hill and some amazing guests. Fireworks, music, food trucks, downtown shops…the whole town is coming alive!

I’ll be rolling in around 5 PM with the full Limp Brizkit menu, plus a few warm-you-up specials:

• Smoked brisket chili
• Smoked cornbread
• Brisket chili cheese dogs
• Brisket chili cheese fries

Bundle up, bring the family, and let’s kick off the New Year together!

I’ve been truly blessed with a busy month of catering (thank you all!), which means I’m a little late getting this out… but I’ve put together something a bit more elevated than my usual holiday lineup.

This year’s Christmas offerings feature beautifully slow-roasted Herb-Crusted Prime Rib, Smoked Brisket, and a selection of upscale, homestyle sides — all prepared with care and ready to heat and serve.

Good morning all my fine people! Welcome to December 🎄🎄🎄 TIS THE SEASON for catering!

With that being said, unfortunately Limp Brizkit will be parked to the public this week as we are swamped with holiday lunches and parties.
