Tomorrow I'm starting with...
-Shrimp and Grits-
Small order feeds 1 $13
Large feeds 2 $25

Short orders include....
Loaded Baked Potatoes $13
Choices are...
-Boudin with Crawfish Queso

-Sausage and Holy Trinity w/cream sauce topped with grilled shrimp (what goes on my shrimp and grits)

-Boudin Burgers w/fries

Thursday and Friday....Everything I just mentioned PLUS...!!!!

-Cajun ZZZs: Special Poboy (Half order 6" $14 Whole $20)
Garlic Toasted French Bread W/Homemade Roast Beef, Black Forest Ham, and Turkey dressed the way you want it. (Mayo, Jalapeño Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, PJ Cheese or Cheddar Cheese) also comes with gravy!

-Shrimp Poboy (Fried or Grilled) (Half order 6" $14 Whole $20)
Garlic Toasted French Bread and dressed the way you like it (My homemade Tartar Sauce, Mayo, Jalapeño Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, PJ Cheese or Cheddar Cheese)

Alright yall! Spicy boudin is about to go in the smoker! Will be ready in a couple of hours but vac sealed won't be ready until this evening. For those of you begging me for boudin balls, I am so sorry. I've had several caterings over the last 2 weeks and 1 tomorrow (big one) so we've been super busy. I promise I will have boudin balls early next week!

Gumbo is going fast! Delivery stops at 11. If you want it for tomorrow, pay in advance and I'll hold it for you. $22 + tax per quart. Comes with rice and potato salad. Delivery $7 in city limits, $10 outside city limits. Cheesy bacon potato soup and broccoli soup will also be available tomorrow. $5 per pint for broccoli soup and $7 per pint for potato soup.

I am officially taking king cake, boudin king cake and king cake cheesecake orders. I can fulfill a couple of orders tomorrow and Thursday but orders for tomorrow must be placed today and orders for Thursday must be placed by tomorrow. I can fulfill orders on Saturday as well.

I will be in Lake Charles all next week but Crystina will be here getting orders out if you need something next week, a 24 hour notice is required as she has lots of duties here while I'm gone.

Once I get back from Lake Charles, we will be ready to go full force for Mardi Gras orders. We have smoked boudin ready to go out the door but their is a limit on regular boudin because boudin king cakes will take over my life in the next 2 months and I need to keep that boudin on hand until I have time to make another batch. Friday I will have gumbo and potato salad available on Fridayand Saturday. $20 per quart, $5 pint of potato salad feeds 2.

I am also considering making crawfish pies tomorrow if I make good timing on my catering orders. If you're interested, let me know. They are $50!

I am not taking anymore orders for peanut butter pies (I made a total of 9 today, I'm done lol) or cheesecakes. I still have chocolate pies and coconut pies to make so if you're interested, let me know. $13 for chocolate $15 for coconut meringue.
