It may look a mess and not too pretty but next year will hopefully be beautiful Zinnias coming out of the Zinnias I planted this year. I don’t normally collect a lot of seed but Floret will not be selling original seeds next year and I wanted to see if I could save some of the beauty. Fingers crossed!

Cutting the last of the Japanese Anemones. They make the bouquet just a little extra special. I’m seeing more deer pressure on them this morning so harvesting and chopping down what’s left. Fingers crossed I get another flush of flowers later this month.
