A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to cater a very special 80th Birthday dinner.

I prepared a six course tasting menu of the following: cheese & charcuterie | stuffed date| burrata salad | lemon crème sorbet | tagliatelle bolognese | espresso pana cotta

Katysue loves Italian food, the color purple, and some of the finer things that food can bring. It was a pleasure to create this meal for her and her family 💜

We had the wonderful opportunity to cater a 40th anniversary/vow renewal at The Granary at Peach Glen this afternoon! If you haven’t been here yet the venue is absolutely beautiful and the proprietors are wonderful to work with- and it was also their special day!

I had the opportunity to cater a family party for the Braun family over the weekend. This was their live auction item they won at Saint Theresa’s Spring Fling Fundraiser back in March! Tonight’s shenanigans at rusticreflectionsvenue : It was a great day for a wedding! The meal was a fun collaboration with El Rodeo and classic American food from us. The venue is new and located in Newville, PA. The proprietors are wonderful to work with and they too are of the mindset that you don’t have to break the bank to have an event! Rustic Reflections is an amazing place to hold your event and don’t forget your favorite caterer!!!

Also this weekend we catered a first ever Music Festival to Celebrate the life of Jared Moore. The day was filled with wonderful music and stories of Jared and how he’s touched the community. It was Jared’s dream to utilize the stage and fair grounds at for a music festival and his wonderful wife, Karen , couldn’t have found a more perfect way to honor his memory. Karen’s best friend Lynne Osterman Ruby really helped plan the whole day and was an amazing organizer to work with.

One incredible moment happened while Sally Windhorn and Jim Sharbaugh were singing Jared’s song, the rain stopped and the sun came out and there was a rainbow 🌈… it was magical.

catered a welcoming hors d’oeuvres station of Cheese and Salumi | White Chicken Chili Shooter | Fresh Fruit | Vegetable Cudite as well as a coffee station. We also platted the Pittsburgh Cookie Table.

Special thanks to and food trucks that catered dinner as well as everyone who volunteered their time to make cookies and help with the set up, music production and clean up. It was an incredibly windy and rainy day and we all were able to accommodate for the needs- even spilt florals 😄!

This weekend we catered a Celebration of Life Luncheon for a lovely family in Lebanon, PA. They chose not to pick from our bereavement package but chose the menu of Sticks, sticks and more STICKS! from our picnic packages. They also added a few items from our Cocktail Party Menu to enhance their gathering.

We are so incredibly honored to partially plan and cater this amazing wedding on July 4, 2021. Ashley and Dion F I N A L L Y tied the knot after 12 years of dating!

Simple menu designed off one of our picnic packages and to finish it off with a lowly sweets and treats table.

Rocky Ridge County ParkPark didn’t not disappoint as a venue! It had all the amenities necessary and it was very nice!

We had the opportunity to cater a private bereavement engagement for a lovely family. Everything was set up and ready upon their arrival and we promptly left so that they had personal time with their guests.

We catered a baby shower this weekend for a lovely client who hosted a party for her work colleague and husband! All white was the requested color to “keep it really classy” and the parents are choosing to kick it old school and not find out the gender of their child until the delivery day! Perfect backyard baby shower for 36 guests.
