I enjoyed designing this floral palette! It took Bright + rich blooms to master this design palette perfectly and turned out to be one of my favorite floral designs!

Meet Chanel Middleton!! Our first Wedding & Event Planner under Leir Dor & Company!!

Today is her 1/2 of year Plannerversary with us and I’m excited to announce that she will be taking on clients as one of our Lead Planners!! 🙌🏾☺️

It was all God how we connected and embarked this journey together. I couldn’t be more proud of her tenacity and drive to continue to grow and develop in this industry with us!

She’s sharp, very attentive to detail, desire perfection and has her client’s best interest at heart!

Her first solo client said to me the other day “That’s your girl! You couldn’t have made a better decision!” That’s the God confirmation that I speak about because as a business owner… it’s hard to expect people to love your company and clients as much as you do! So it can be very difficult to get to that level of comfortability but God made it effortless for me and I’m grateful!

Today is a big day for me as well as the Brand!!

Hello! I’m Roe Jordan, Wedding planner & Designer! I’m the founder of Leir Dor & Company!

I created this brand in my 9th grade entrepreneurship class almost 20 years ago, unbeknownst of which industry this brand will develop in.

Through a few business endeavors, God revealed to me my why and when will come to fruition!

January 1, 2018 I made official! I’ve been the only official one woman show with some amazing assistants to help me along the way! Since then, we’ve been recognized, awarded, and expanded! Each year we maintained being a 6 figure company (All God)

I’ve served some of the best clients walking this earth and I’m beyond grateful for them believing in me as well as this brand! The love and support you all have showed me has been AMAZING!!

is special to me in so many ways that I will open up more and more about! BUT today confirms a big step for me as well as the brand! My next post will explain why!! ☺️ stay tuned!
