Hope everyone has safely recovered from the great outage. I am finally back up and around and ready to get back to work.
So let’s do this!! I’m making red salsa and avo salsa tomorrow and can get them delivered on Friday. Let me know what you need - I e already talked to a couple who need a restock. I also have my burger and steak spice blend and Nashville Hot spice blend jarred up and ready to go as well. Let’s get those orders in so I can make these flavor bombs and get them to you!!! Also, I only do small batch, because in my vast culinary experience, I have learned that small batch always produces the best flavor. All my salsas contain jalapeños and serranos, so you get all that flavor with a nice touch of heat that grows with the more you eat. Most rate it at a solid medium.

Thank you to everyone who tasted and bought my sauces this weekend! Trust me, a grunt and an eye roll is literally the best compliment for any chef. I rolled through two full batches of each which was great!!! Right now all produce is still being purchased, but very soon it will all be sourced from my own garden. I will add seasoning blends and fresh herb butters and things as my garden produces. Stay tuned!! I still have some bad days, but I’m holding strong and the more sauces I can sell, the more I will feel like my old self (plus be able to feel like I can have an income again)💜🙏🏼💜Love to you all and let me know what you need!! Those who I’ve already spoke to, I will make a fresh batch tomorrow and get them en route Tuesday!!!!

I’ve got more going on than just my culinary faves these days. I’m gardening a whole new variety of greeery and flowers, as well as, producing most of my sauces straight from the garden. I’m growing fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs so I can provide you guys with the best quality products around. I love you all!
