The mud sling starts already. Today I received a letter with case numbers of charges someone believes all belong to me. I have no criminal history. The only small claims court cases are due to car accidents where I was a victim.

FYI: The person trying to blackmail me. Yes I have had my ID stolen, so you may also want to see my letter from the DOJ that clears me of the actions of someone using my name and DOB but is 5'5 & 120 pounds. I have never been over 5'2".

1. I have admitted to being a victim of domestic violence. (So a restraining order is not unheard of.)
2. Yes in 2004 when I lost my job and my kids father left me for someone else when I was pregnant during the recession I did file bankruptcy and walked away from my house and my life to start over. I did provide notice to the land owner and was not behind on my space rent. I just couldn't afford my mortgage and needed to start over.
3. Yes, I did receive a speeding ticket when I was in my 20's. I have not received another one since including my 30's or 40's.
4. I have always had auto insurance. If the person who made the accusations pulls the file they will see I had $1 court fee as they waived everything. As I had to bring proof into court. Now everything is electronic.
5. Yes I have been involved in auto accidents that ended in court.

I do not drink or smoke. (Never have.) I do not have a criminal history, never been to jail. I have been homeless and had to file bankruptcy to start my life over and learn how to do it right.

These are the life Lessons we have to endure to help us get to where we are today.

**Ceres City Council Member Calls for Increased Inclusivity and Transparency**

Ceres, CA – At last night's city council meeting, Rosalinda Vierra for City of Ceres District 2 made a referral to establish a new policy promoting inclusivity and transparency among council members regardless of gender and martial status. This move comes after being excluded from various city events and ceremonies by the mayor, citing a lack of transparency and inclusivity in the decision-making process.

"I believe that as council members, we should be working together to serve the best interests of our community, not perpetuating a culture of exclusivity and secrecy," said Rosalinda Vierra . "I have been excluded from important events and ceremonies by the mayor, and I have felt pressure to resign or step away from my position. However, I am committed to fighting for a more inclusive and transparent government."

The proposed policy would require the mayor to consult with or provide a neutral person, such as the city clerk who would be responsible to provide all the council members the information on important decisions, ensure equal representation at city events and ceremonies, and provide regular updates to the public on council activities. The policy would also prohibit discrimination based on gender and marital status. Which appears to be the practice now.

"Women have historically been marginalized and oppressed, and it's time for us to take a stand against this type of discrimination," said Council Member Rosalinda Vierra. "As a city, we must recognize the importance of equality and fairness in all aspects of our government. Party politics have no place in our city's decision-making process."

Council Member Vierra is calling on the city attorney and City Manager to develop this new policy and ensure that all council members are treated equally and with respect.

This is in the effort to create a more inclusive and transparent government," said Council Member Vierra "Together, we can make a positive change in our community and show that Ceres is a city that values fairness, equality, and democracy."
