We plan months in advance, actual creation time is about 2 months. We first have the bride come in and try gowns on in store to get a feeling of what they like! We then go to NYC to find the fabric, and we like to keep our bride updated as we’re shopping so they can see what we’re seeing! The actual process of making the dress depends! For Hayley’s dress we started about 2 months before her wedding so that she would be close to the size she would be day of her wedding! ✨price, how much does it cost to make a custom dress? It starts at $2,500 and goes up depending what the bride wants, fabric costs, and how much time is put into the creating & making process! ✨how do I know if I am a custom bride? Your bridal stylist at POSH can help you in making that decision and will let you know if you should go custom or make customizations to an already existing dress! Often times we create custom gowns for brides looking for something unique that they can’t find in our collection or haven’t been able to find elsewhere.
