MORE EXCITING NEWS! We have partnered with Pompatus Brewing Company to bring our food tent to their location! Next Wednesday, June 12th, we will be there serving pizzas from 5-8pm! Exciting news on the Basil front! We are loading up the calendar with more events and you are invited to join! This Friday, we will be at Art in the Barn at Bridge Creek Farm from 4-8pm, come out and see us! We will be serving cheese and pepperoni until they are gone! Hope to see you there!

Last night…..we have done many events but never one in a continuous torrential downpour! The only photos that were taken weren’t even of the pizzas! We persevered, we overcame and we did everything ina “to go” fashion to accommodate all of the families standing in the rain at The Kids Club graduation. Thank you all for your patience and support and a huge thank you to Kids Club for giving us the opportunity to make it work in the rain!

The only pic that was taken from Family Fun Night, and it wasn’t even taken by me! You know it was successful when this happens! Sold out by the end of the first session…again! That’s 100 doughs in less than two hours! Always a great event! Huge thanks to our village for making it possible and to Timmons Elementary School and for having us back! We will see you again this fall (with more doughs!)

Haven’t posted a lot of our events lately and there are more than I can count but this one had to be shared! Such a great night! Fun people, lots of pizzas, a live band and THIS VIEW!!

We have so many events booked that I am always making 40 plus doughs at a time…so when it comes time for me to make 4 doughs for our family…I struggle! 😂 But that was on the menu tonight. We each got to choose our own pizza, here’s the line up:

Callie- half marg half cheese
Lando- pepperoni sausage and banana peppers
Nick- same as lando
Carmen- half Buffalo chicken and half bbq chicken

Such a great event last night for Basil and for . Pizzas, pulled pork, salad and coleslaw hit the tables and there was not anything left! Thank you so much to Maria and for inviting us to serve your guests! Congrats to the kids as well!

They say it takes a village…well tonight that was more than evident. Basil Wood Fired Pizza had a great event at Timmons Elementary School and without our group, it would not have been possible. Thankful and grateful to have our friends support and help to make this possible. Humbled is the word that comes to mind for me, this is what friendship is. And our Village is amazing, helping us, helping our kids, watching out for each other. That’s a what a village does. Thank you from Basil and from Nick and Carmen.

Hi!! Having new followers, I wanted to introduce ourselves again! We are Basil Wood Fired Pizza, we provide catering services to your guests, family and friends by making the best pizzas with our homemade doughs, homemade sauce and the freshest ingredients!

Basil is owned and operated by my husband and me, Nick and Carmen Baroni, and our goal is to make your event the yummiest and bring smiles to all that get to try a slice of our pizzas! Here is to another event we have done! We brought our pizzas to a company gathering and what a great time! Lots of toppings and full bellies were the result!! Love sharing our pizzas with others! Companies or private parties, we can service them all!

Basil spent Friday evening at our high school’s tailgate event bringing our favorite pizza to our community! It was such a blast and we served 100 pizzas in just over two hours! Thank you all who came and supported us and to our friends who helped keep our ship running!!

Last weekend we did a thing, it was something different and it was a great and a learning experience for us at Basil. We looooove bringing our amazing pizzas to your event, we love sharing our passion for our pizzas and most of all we love finding out what we are capable of achieving. Special thank you to all who came out and supported our small business, to those who’ve tried us for the first time and to those who can’t get enough!
