Thank you for your review. We are surprised to received this feedback and would like to provide some helpful information. As experienced farmers and owners of our small business, we deeply understand the needs of the animals we raise and train to participate in events. It is understandable that individuals who have less experience with animal care, farming, and respectful social conditioning of animals may raise concerns about animals at events. We assure you that all of our beloved animals are accustomed to being in the large animal enclosure with other small animals and are trained to work with children and families. We spend considerable time ensuring their safety. While we do our best to provide clear instructions to event coordinators, parents, and children, we are also aware that often enthusiastic children, especially when left unmonitored by family, can become overly excited resulting in not listening to instructions provided and at times struggling to understand how to respectfully touch the animals. We genuinely love teaching children about animals and how to take good care of them. Moreover,, we prioritize keeping spaces as open as possible in our enclosures to ensure that animals are kept safe. We hope that this information is helpful. Take good care.
